Ukraine Medical Supply Mission

We had a strong desire to help but did not know how to get involved.  We knew that there were hospitals that desperately needed supplies.  David felt compelled to take action. He made a first expeditionary trip to Poland where we connected with team members from Ukraine  We delivered medical suppliers to a team that hand delivered the life saving medicine to the hospitals in Ukraine. From this trip we used our connections to take a larger team to Ukraine later in 2022 with a large amount of medical supplies. David let his friends and colleagues know that he was going and invited them to join in the mission. The outpouring was beyond expectations.  David collected around $100,000 in medical supplies. He led a team to Ukraine where he hand delivered the medicine to a hospital treating frontline soldiers that was running out of supplies.

20,000 Tourniquets for Ukraine

On our first trip to Ukraine, we met Rudolf (Rudi) Myhovych. He is the  President of Christian Medical Association (CMA). We were very impressed with his integrity and his heart to help. We asked him what was the most pressing need was to help save lives.  He stated that Tourniquets were the most pressing need. David set an ambitious goal of 20,000 tourniquets, and we shared the need with our partners and friends,  In less than three weeks, we collected over 23,000 tourniquets to send with a mission team headed to Ukraine. These will be incorporated into front line field medical  kits and will save thousands of lives. Rudy said his goal is to save lives. We sent a team over to deliver the Tourniquets in early 2023.

Aid for Ukraine   Oct Mission 2023

Aid for Ukraine fall mission trip was a big success. We were able to deliver over $100,000 in medical supplies to the people of Ukraine. The first part of the trip we worked with local churches that are daily taking in refuges fleeing the eastern part of Ukraine. Many of these people are coming with what they can carry in their car or in some cases only the cloths on their back.  The second part of the trip we hand delivered medical supplies to a military hospital in Lviv, a civilian hospital on the outskirts of Lviv helping refugees and delivered tourniquets and Israeli Combat Bandages to Christian Medical Associates (CMA). CMA will incorporate these into medical kits for the front line soldiers to save lives. These trusted partners are critical to our success and ensure that your donations are used to directly help the people in need. At the military hospital we saw first hand the soldiers whose lives were saved by tourniquets. They told us they would not have survived with out them.  We pass along a sincere "thank you" from the soldiers for your life saving gifts.

Partnership trip in Kiev and meeting team in Lviv March Mission 2024

We traveled to Kiev to understand the needs on the ground at the hospitals providing aid to wounded soldiers and civilians as well as internally displaced people (IDP's). This was our first trip to Kiev and our goal was to find trusted partners and to understand the needs from the administrators of the hospitals. We saw the devastation of war up close and personal and heard the stories of those that lost loved ones, lost jobs and their homes. It was heart breaking. We also encountered our first missile and drone strikes.  Fortunately, the Patriot missile system caught 35 of the 39 that were shot at Kiev that night. We made some great connections with the Military Chaplains Ministry and multiple hospitals in the area. In Lviv we met with our partnership team and shared a meal and checked in on everyone.  We also delivered some much needed medicine to Dr. Christina.  We pass along a sincere "thank you" from the people of Ukraine.  Your gifts save lives.
